  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) must be provided.

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Clearly include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if item is damaged or incorrect).

  3. After approval, send the item back to our return address using a trackable shipping service (UPS preferred).


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

  • We recommend using UPS or another trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment (e.g., PayPal) within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our fault.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • We will resolve the issue promptly by replacing the item or issuing a full refund, including shipping charges.
